I simply cannot express the amount of respect I have for Mark Souza and his team. Both Rick and Aaliyah demonstrated nothing but kindness, compassion and honesty throughout my entire experience. We were frozen in our home for three weeks straight and Rick literally came to our rescue. He dealt with a complicated issue with ease, and exemplified constant professionalism, while Aaliyah handled every phone call with authenticity and empathy. Rick, in additional to his already stacked schedule, treated us fairly, he fixed a very complicated issue for us, and handled a problem that wasn't even his--which took days to fix. Aaliyah never made me feel awkward, nor did she abandon me during a time where I was being ignored by the original company who was supposed to be helping me. Not once, did anyone complain. I am incredibly blessed and fortunate to be writing these kind words because they deserve endless praise. Thank you so much for your exceptional customer service and care. 5 stars!

Mark was able to come quickly & diagnose the problem. He also got the heater up & running that same day. I had to make a claim through my home warranty company, and they sent out their HVAC contractor. I was told my unit was beyond repair and needed a full replacement. Unsurprisingly, the warranty company wouldn’t cover it. Then the same HVAC company suddenly said they could fix it—for $1500 out of my pocket. That flip-flop didn’t sit right with me so I called Souza's Heating and Air, and I’m so glad I did.
Not only did they fix my unit the same day, they showed me the actual faulty part—which was completely different from what the warranty contractor claimed. The repair cost just a few hundred dollars, and my unit now works perfectly.
Souza’s demonstrated real integrity, transparency, and professionalism. I’m incredibly grateful for their honest service and would highly recommend them for any HVAC issue.

I cannot be more satisfied by the service and workmanship I received from Souza Air. The whole Customer Experience was top notch from the administrative staff, the field representatives which included Mark himself. Mark explained the scope of the project in a way I understood it well. He obviously knows his trade and the cooling technology. Adam, the installer, did a perfect installation and was very personable. As a PG&E field employee for over 35 years, I dealt with numerous contractors to know which ones were the best. Souza Cooling is on my list.

Adam was a complete professional while dealing with our a/c check. From the moment I chatted with him at a neighbor’s house, to the time he completed our consultation he was up front about everything we needed, everything that was going great, and what would likely need to be addressed for better efficiency on our older unit. Excellent service from the estimate to the final work. I’m extremely happy with the quickness and professionalism. From the time that I called to schedule an appointment, to them coming out and giving me an estimate, to them finishing the work was less than three days. Mark is a great guy and super knowledgeable. He explained everything and answered all the questions that I had, he broke down every single step along with pricing. Their pricing is super reasonable. The crew that came out to do the work were a great group of guys, they were awesome and very respectful and clean. They made sure to cover everything and clean up after they left.
