Souza’s completely replaced our old HVAC split system with a major brand in just under two days. Their crew and work ethics was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. They politely answered every question that I, as a layman, could throw at them. The knowledge, I’m sure, was based on the technical field of specialization from the proprietorship of Mark Souza, an impresario who wrote a book, The HVAC Almanac, based on his skills while previously servicing A/C units in ICBM silos with the U.S. Air Force. I would recommend Souza’s to anyone needing repair or replacement of a HVAC system.
